Information for Parents and carers

The role played by the supervisor as part of a DE enrolment is a vital one. The DE teacher works in partnership with the supervisor to design, deliver and support an effective educational program for the student/s. The teacher/s work in partnership with the supervisor and use a blend of technolgies and resources as appropriate. The DE supervisor is there to support the student's access to the educational opportunites provided. They provide regular comunication with the DE teacher to create 'the link' between the school and the student's learning context. 

Our school now has our own SkoolBag IPhone and Android app available for free download.

Parents and carers can install our SkoolBag App by seraching for our school name North East Public School of Distance Education in either The Apple Store or Google Play Store. This is a free download and is one way we try to maintain communications with our diverse school community.

Pending restructure changes to our school impacting on our Casino area as of Term 2 2018.

The Department of Education is making a change to our school which will mean as of day 1 Term 2 2018 Casino Campus will become part of Southern Cross Distance Education Ballina. For details regarding the change please contact our school.
